Got the GiST Terms of Service

These terms and conditions constitute our entire agreement with you. If we do not, at any time, enforce any of our rights under these terms, we do not give up those rights.

You must be 13 years or older to use this web site.
You are responsible for any activity that happens under your login name.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You may not use the Got the GiST service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
You must not transmit any viruses, worms or code of a destructive nature.
You are fully responsible for the use that you make of the Services and the results that you receive from that use.
You agree to indemnify us and our officers and agents from and against all claims, demands, costs expenses and liabilities of whatsoever nature (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of any breach of these terms, your use of the Services, or as a result of third party claims.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in termination of your Got the GiST account.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Got the GiST service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time.  If the change is a material change, we will notify you either by email, or by placing a notice in a prominent place on our web site.  What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We will not, in any circumstances, be liable to you, whether in contract, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise for direct or indirect loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
